Both my Mother and I were so pleased that we visited the workshop, rather than merely send the ashes in the post. We’ve talked about the visit ever since, and the whole procedure has become an important part of our grieving process, and the comfort that the finished items will bring is undeniable. All of the staff we met were courteous, respectful and gentle. We would have expected that from the lady in reception, but we were not expecting it from the guys in the workshop.
