On behalf of my family and I, we were very happy with the service and had a lovely time on Saturday. The assistant who helped us (I think her name was Megan) and another young lady with blonde hair was very friendly and welcoming. They were very attentive and gave us many options with the desired products and gave us suggestions with our engraved message. They were also very helpful whenever we had any questions and they always asked us whether we were comfortable with them handling the ashes.
\nWe waited for only a short while and had a lovely cup of tea! We were then welcomed by Paul who explained to us the details of the process and showed us all the different glasses and procedures. He was very careful with handling the ashes and we could tell all the glass makers had their hearts in the job which we were really touched by. A lot of companies are only after money but we found with Ashes into Glass – you really gave us a perfect service and the best we could ask for.<\/p>\n
