What a lovely place. We were made to feel very welcome and at ease when we first visited the shop to choose our pieces of jewellery and paper weight. There was no rushing just told to take our time. We returned with our ashes and had an appointment made to watch the glass making process. Paul and Reece explained and showed us every step of the process of turning our mums ashes into glass. What could have been an emotional day was actually a lovely day seeing how the jewellery at its first stages was made. If you are thinking of having items made with your loved ones Ashes I would definitely recommend Ashes into Glass. The staff could not have been more patient and caring with us.
