I cannot say enough great things about this company. After requesting my ashes order kit, I received an email when I should expect it. Once I received the kit, the directions were pretty simple. I was interested in a live stream of the ring being made and wrote that on my order form. I received an email and a picture when they received my order. They sent me an email to schedule the live stream which was nice to watch and learn the process. I also then received an email letting me know when the ring was completed and ready for payment. The minute I submitted payment, I received an email stating it was shipped and supplying the tracking. I received my ring within 2 days which was amazing to me. The packing was beautiful and came with a polishing cloth. The ring itself was just stunning. I chose a blue color and it looks great. I liked that you could choose an engraving included in the price. I also received a follow up email making sure I was happy with my purchase. I wish all companies were like Ashes into Glass. They truly appreciate their customers. They are also very compassionate. It\u2019s so comforting having my loved one with me at all times.
