The Ordering Process
Each piece of Ashes into Glass® jewelry is made to order. Your loved one’s ashes are sent to our U.S. office in Tarrytown, New York, then securely forwarded to our workshop in England, where your jewelry is made.
Choose your jewelry
Explore our collections and place your order online. Choose your design, metal, gemstone color and engraving. If you’d like more time to decide on an engraving, you can provide it later.
Send the ashes
After you place your order, we’ll mail you an Ordering Pack with instructions, a secure bag for the ashes and a pre-addressed return envelope. If you’ve ordered a ring, it will also include a ring sizer.
Place approximately one teaspoon of ashes in the secure bag and return it to our Tarrytown office using the envelope provided.
Your jewelry is created
When your ashes arrive at our U.S. office, we’ll take care of them and securely send them to our workshop at Barleylands Glassworks in England. Our craftspeople will create your gemstone and set it into your chosen jewelry.
Receive your jewelry
Your jewelry will be ready within 4–6 weeks. We’ll send it to your specified address via tracked delivery.
