Are you buying for a relative or friend, so you would like to start the process now but decide which item/s later?
Are buying for yourself but are not sure which jewelry you would like yet?
You can start the process now by paying a $95 deposit. We'll ship your Welcome Pack to you and you can decide which item/s you would like then. Your deposit will be taken off the price of your jewelry, so it will not cost you more.
We'll send everything that you need to place your order including an Ashes into Glass brochure, a secure bag for the ashes, a ring sizing gauge to measure your finger and a return envelope. We will take the remaining payment in 4-6 weeks time, when your jewelry has been created and is ready to be shipped to you.
When you have placed your order, we will send you an Ordering Pack which contains everything you need to securely package the ashes, measure your finger if you are having a ring and ship the ashes to us. There will also be an ordering form, so you can add more items to your order if you wish. Please ship to our US office in Tarrytown, New York in the pre addressed envelope. Your jewelry will be created in our England, UK workshop and you will receive your completed order within 4 – 6 weeks.
Completed orders will be sent on a ‘tracked and signed for’ service to your specified address, alternatively you are welcome to collect from our Tarrytown, New York office.
Completed orders are sent via the United States Postal Service, any queries should be reported to them.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or jewelry, we will refund the full amount of your order. The ashes from your jewelry will be taken out and reinstated with the rest of the ashes.
How much ashes do I need to send?
We require one teaspoonful of ashes per order. Any remaining ashes are returned to you unless you request us to keep them on file for future orders.
How do I get the ashes to you?
We provide Ordering Packs which contain everything you need to place an order including a secure bag for the ashes, ring sizer and a prepaid return envelope to send your order to us.
How long does the process take?
Your order will be completed within 4-6 weeks from the time your returned Order Pack with ashes is received with us.
How durable is the jewellery? Can I wear it all the time?
Ashes into Glass ® jewellery is made to be worn and to last. The glass is toughened and is almost diamond-hard. The metal part of your jewellery will wear, like all precious metal.
