Long pendant necklace for ashes
If you want to be forever reminded that a loved one is alive in your heart, we present an exquisite range of long necklaces to hold their ashes close to your chest. The memories you experienced with a beloved friend or family member deserve to be preserved always, and housed in distinctive jewellery. Our cremation necklaces are made with impeccable artistry, holding your loved one’s ashes in perfectly cut crystal glass, which is available in five clear, vibrant colours. Our patented process ensures ashes for each necklace are visible within the crystal glass, while all come with a hallmarked, 18-inch chain made from incredibly durable sterling silver, gold or white gold, representing the lasting quality their spirit deserves. In addition, your own personal message can be delicately engraved around the front of your metal of choice. This will keep your memories next to your heart, giving you comfort and peace every time you wear it.
When you have placed your order, we will send you an Ordering Pack which contains everything you need to securely package the ashes, measure your finger if you are having a ring and ship the ashes to us. There will also be an ordering form, so you can add more items to your order if you wish. Please ship to our US office in Tarrytown, New York in the pre addressed envelope. Your jewelry will be created in our England, UK workshop and you will receive your completed order within 4 – 6 weeks.
Completed orders will be sent on a ‘tracked and signed for’ service to your specified address, alternatively you are welcome to collect from our Tarrytown, New York office.
Completed orders are sent via the United States Postal Service, any queries should be reported to them.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or jewelry, we will refund the full amount of your order. The ashes from your jewelry will be taken out and reinstated with the rest of the ashes.
How much ashes do I need to send?
We require one teaspoonful of ashes per order. Any remaining ashes are returned to you unless you request us to keep them on file for future orders.
How do I get the ashes to you?
We provide Ordering Packs which contain everything you need to place an order including a secure bag for the ashes, ring sizer and an addressed return envelope to send your order to us.
How long does the process take?
Your order will be completed within 4-6 weeks from the time your returned Order Pack with ashes is received with us.
How durable is the jewelry? Can I wear it all the time?
Ashes into Glass ® jewelry is made to be worn and to last. The glass is toughened and is almost diamond-hard. The metal part of your jewelry will wear, like all precious metal.
