    Description

The Ashes into Glass ® Heart Pendant is as enduring as it is beautiful. It will bring you the comfort of wonderful memories held close to your heart.
Your own personal message is delicately engraved on the back and it comes complete with a hallmarked, 18inch chain.

The Ashes into Glass ® order process is simple. Firstly, please send us your name and address. We will send you an ordering pack in the post which will contain everything you need to place your order with us and send the ashes. You only need one order pack to order as many items as you like. When we receive your order, we will start the creation process which takes up to six weeks. Only when your order is ready do we take payment and send your completed order via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

How much ashes do you need? A small amount, one spoonful of ashes per order. The ashes are a bit like glitter, we need more than we use.
How do I get the ashes out of the urn? There are usually screws under the urn that will give access to the ashes. If you are having trouble, please contact us for help.
How do I get the ashes to you? Please request an order pack which contains everything you will need including a spoon, a bag for the ashes and a secure return envelope.
How long does the process take? Ashes into Glass ® is unique, one-of-a-kind jewellery that will last a lifetime. There are several stages to the creation process, which takes up to six weeks. If you have an occasion that you need it for, we do have a fast track service which takes 4 weeks for an extra charge of £100.
How can I be sure that they are my ashes? We have been making Ashes into Glass ® jewellery since 2006 and our checks and processes are perfected. We are very open about our service and welcome visitors seven days a week. On top of this, as an Ashes into Glass ® client, you have the option to visit us to see your ashes being put into your jewellery.
When do I pay? We take payment when your items are complete and your order is ready for despatch.
How durable is the jewellery? Can I wear my jewellery all the time? Ashes into Glass ® jewellery is made to be worn and to last. The gemstones are toughened and are almost diamond-hard. They require no special care. The metal part of your jewellery will wear, like all precious metal jewellery.
Do you offer a guarantee? All Ashes into Glass ® jewellery carries a lifetime warranty.
