I was devastated when my dog passed away. She would have been 16 in a week and a half. I got her the day before I started high school so she’s been there through everything. Even worse, I was at work when it happened. I just kept asking my husband how do I leave her when we dropped her off at the vet. I didn’t know how to be without her. I’m so happy that I don’t have to ever be without her now. Ashes to glass made me a beautifully unique necklace so she’s always close to my heart. They were constantly in contact with me through this whole experience. They even sent me a picture of her ashes when she made it to London. This company should hold the standard for all customer service. I will be forever grateful.
