I am so pleased with my jewelry they made for me. I purchased the heart shape necklace with my dogs ashes and I wear it every day. It was hard to send away and many tears just processing it, but in the end I’m glad I did it and with this company. Now I can have a piece of her with me all the time. The customer service was fantastic and they kept me informed of where the ashes were and that they received them without me asking. So the communication was brilliant.
