You have an absolutely amazing team. I was greated by the loveliest most compasionate lady in reception when I came to see my fathers ashes made into glass. What you provide is wonderful and such a comfort. The guy that talked us through eveything he was doing was amazing. It was so lovely that my children could be there to witness this. We all found it absolutely fasinating. I just can’t wait to see the finished product. Thank you all so much for an amazing experience.
