Aaron who made my charm bead was amazing and explained to me and my husband every step throughout the whole process of making it.
It was a lovely experience and im so greatful i had the chance to come and watch. My grandad was my best friend and his death was very sudden and unexpected so i am very happy that i will always have a part of him with me.
All the staff were lovely and professional aswell as making myself feel comfortable.
