I recently received my ring from Ashes into Glass, and it is gorgeous and perfect. All aspects of customer service were flawless, and I thank everyone involved in the process for ALL your help and guidance. I was a little nervous with my beloved 17-year-old cat, Elliott’s ashes, going to England from the US (especially during Covid). But, the customer service, professionalism, and quality of the product are all above and beyond and must be commended. We all grieve differently for human family/friends and our pets who are also family, and it is personal. But a piece of jewelry or paperweight from Ashes into Glass is something that everyone will cherish and that will bring peace, comfort and allow you to keep your loved one close to you always.
