Lovely service from start to finish! Kept me updated when they recieved my mums ashes. Then when my ring was ready and to pay then was sent in post in a lovely bag and box. I recieved an email to ask if I loved my item to which I put straight on and and wearing with pride and comfort knowing my mum is now always with me. High recommend them xxx
