We are very open about our service and families have the option to come along to our workshop to see their items being made. I recently purchased a necklace from Ashes into Glass and I can honestly say they are a fantastic company. From enquiring about their services over the telephone, to ordering and receiving my finished product, nothing was too much trouble. Their customer service was outstanding!! When I received my necklace it was everything I could of imagined and more, the quality and detail is excellent. This is the second piece of jewellery that my family has received from this company. I just want to thank everyone at Ashes into Glass so much for my beautiful heart pendant. It arrived safely today. My Mum passed away suddenly last Christmas so I thought it would be nice to remember her by getting some of her ashes made in to a keepsake. I chose the ruby colour as it is her birthstone and the heart for love. It is the most precious thing I have to remind me of her. I will wear it always and she will be forever with me, closer than I could have ever imagined. The engraving on the reverse of the heart is such a lovely touch and a very personal message, between me and my lovely mum, Lena. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ♥️ Sharon x

From the moment I contacted you with my order I was dealt with the upmost professionalism. All of the information is clear and precise and it is very clear from the outset that great care and attention to detail is taken in making this beautiful jewellery. The earrings my family had chosen for a my Aunts 60th birthday contained the precious ashes of her mum, dad and brother in law - a very large loss to your family. Being able to give her something of them to wear and cherish everyday was a gift beyond all gifts. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service and for being able to allow families and friends the opportunity to keep a small piece of their loved ones so near.

So beautiful. I was very anxious but I can tell you I had no reason to be, the jewellery is perfect. I had both the ring and necklace engraved and it’s beautiful. Thank you Ashes to glass to taking care off my boy and making the most beautiful jewellery.
