Ashes Into Glass is amazing. They do exactly what they say they will, deliver on schedule with no extra fees. I ordered a pendant and am delighted with it. The color is beautiful and the engraving is sharp and very legible. I placed my order in mid-December and received it last week, well within the four to six week time frame even with the December holidays.

I emailed a number of questions to them and Michael answered every one with patience and compassion. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Ashes Into Glass again. Other companies could learn a great deal by emulating their customer service and commitment.
