Great, friendly, professional staff throughout all points of the process. The Tribute ring made for our beloved dog Vader is absolutely stunning, the work and craftsmanship is quality and to have it back for Christmas really surprised us. We’re so thankful and grateful to all the staff, it really has given us something beautiful out of a dark time.
