They helped me choose the right colour and style for me after speaking to them on the phone a couple of times.. The end result is absolutely amazing. My charm bead is exactly how I wanted it with the engraving exactly as asked and colour wise it is just perfect! My order arrived before the expected date, and was packaged beautifully.
