For some reason the app won’t let me edit my original review back a month ago under Haych Phoenix so I am writing here to set the record correct. I have been dealing with the owner, James. There was an original problem with my order. Mistakes happen, one did. It was a genuine mistake and it has been corrected and James has been a diamond in sorting it out so honestly, in case I cannot remove the 1 star, take my word for it, they are a 5 star team. It’s not about not having problems, it’s about how they are dealt with. Go ahead an order in complete confidence.
